It's a win win for government and tenants. The Vaboo renters will able to identify what measures their landlord should be installing to make the rental more efficient.
This tool makes a signpost recommendation, which enables the tenant to steward with their landlord access to grants and funding. Not only will it enhance the living conditions of the renters but accelerate applications for the government grants needed to improve the UKs housing stock.
